"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure."

"We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance."

"Amazing hotel. Yes, you’re missing the Tagaytay famous view, but being in nature was amazing. Go see the view, come back and stay at this hotel"

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."
