"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"We have always chosen to stay at this hotel because they have consistently been one of the best places to stay after a long flight. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are great, the breakfast has always been a nice convenience, and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, this recent stay was a bit disappointing. When we went down for breakfast, there was barely any food left, and items were not replenished until I repeatedly asked. This was around 9:00 AM, and it took until about 9:40 AM before the tapa was finally refilled. Another disappointment was the breakfast charge for our kids. During our previous stays, we were never charged for their breakfast, but this time we were charged the full breakfast fee even though the selection was very limited and they only ended up eating champorado because there wasn’t much left. The room and bed were still comfortable, and we appreciate the good service we have always received. However, because of this experience, we will likely skip paying extra for breakfast on our next stay and look for other breakfast options instead."
