The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a problem with the shower door we did not report it we just used the shower in the bathtub. The JetSki is fast the island hopping was great.

The staff 5 star, service 5 star, beach and sunset 5 star, a la cart restaurant 4 star. Room, buffet, lack of auto payments or many food vendors were cash only and not able to charge to the room - 3 star. Had to have too much cash than i prefer to carry. Room was large but extremely outdated, even the lock chain was completely rusted. Staff were amazing!

Check in on Weekends is long. Breakfast overflow is sent to the penthouse where there are cold eggs, cold rolls, no toaster, no omelet stations.Check out is also very long wait. Weeksdays are much better.

The grill resto should have regular entertainment like live band or fire dancing, etc., given that the food is paid for by the guests. For grilled foods, having atsara should be considered. The foods are quite pricey. Beach is dirty. The management should ensure cleanliness of the beach and its surroundings at all times. Consider having soup, not just congee, for buffet breakfast. There should be a wide variety of foods for buffet breakfast for the foreign guests. Other than those, our stay was enjoyable.

Clean, spacious room with balcony. Cold air conditioning. Clean towels. Toiletries are provided. Shower head could use an upgrade though. Checking in and checking out was terrible though. Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes.

White sand beach with big pool

The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable.

Line up is ridiculous coz they don’t mentioned that they need ID of all adults so everyone checking in goes back and forth looking for the IDs of their companion. Pleasant beachfront stay

Really relaxing vacation right beside the beach. The hotel room was your typical room with all the amenities you need. But we pretty much stayed outside in their pool and beach. The cocktails in the pool bar was strong and refreshing! The sunset here was picture perfect! Grilled food dinner area was packed but food served was fresh and pipping hot! Awesome stay over here and I will gladly stay here again!

Check in and check out is very old fashioned… slow manual- they needed id of all adults in the group but not on the need list so everyone goes looking gor all their companion while the line keeps building up! Going out needs a lot of paper filling up and they make you wait while someone checks the room! I think it's ridiculous
