This hotel is new, cheerful and thoughtfully designed. I booked it because I was traveling with my college-aged daughter and it had a young vibe, but it was also very comfortable for me. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of cute extras. The breaktast was delicious (as was the seasonal dessert that we tried one afternoon). The staff was friendly and helpful--my daughter lost her airpods, which we mentioned when we checked out. Before we were out the door the housekeeper had found them (in the trash. Sigh.). It is not as convenient as staying right near the JR station, but it was convenient enough to subways. Also, the izakaya next door, the pygmy hippopotamus, was fantastic!

A comfortable and relaxed hotel with friendly staff and contemporary public facilities. Stayed in a deluxe king room, which was a reasonable size and good value.

It is a great business hotel. My wife traveled with me on this occasion and was hoping to have at least one medium size shopping mall nearby. However, this was not the case. There were mainly small shops and restaurants nearby.

I would say that the closest shopping mall is Takashimaya in Nagoya station and it is 15minites away from the hotel by walking and also, Aeon mall Noritake which placed almost 30minutes on foot from the hotel.We will continue our effort to provide the best service for our guests.We look forward to your next visit!Best regads, Front desk Ohashi

お部屋の広さなど良いと思いました。 ただ、よくある靴を磨くクロスがなかったり、コーヒーやお茶が少なかったり、シュガーがしっけていたのか袋の中で固まっていたり、浴槽がざらついていたので勿体無いと思いつつお湯を捨てて洗ったりと、少し残念でした。 スタッフの対応等は良かったと思います。

Disappointing stay
The floor is dirty with marks and the carpet around the bed is dirty. We changed hotel every night during our stay in Nagoya and Takayama and have got to say this is by far the most disappointing hotel with a big let down. As much as I love all the cleaning products such as shampoo handwash and body wash, I would not recommend it.

I stayed there for one night only but I came out feeling refreshed. The room had a lot of available amenities: skincare products (there were great, my skin was baby soft after use), bath salts, shower/shampoo/conditioner of good quality. So yeah, it was pampering time for me! The room itself was spacious, with enough space for a big suitcase and some bags. The bed was very comfortable and I rested comfortably. For breakfast options are limited but if you are not choosy, it is very decent. If you have a heavy suitcase, I would advise to get there by taxi. It's not that far, but Nagoya station and the streets around are very busy. Do yourself a favor.
