We had a great 4 nights, the service was great, the breakfasts were delicious! The only thing was i didnt look at the smoking level and should of booked a non smoking level as it was quite smelly, but that was my fault. Thanks for a great stay ;)

Hotel Wing International Nagoya was the perfect base for our recent visit to the Japanese Grand Prix, conveniently located near a subway station made for rapid transit to Nagoya station and then on to Suzuka, additionally there are plenty of places to eat nearby. rooms were comfortable, staff went out of their way to make us welcome, breakfast was adequate. all in all a good base for some exploring.

Nice and refreshing hotel

10-15 minute walking distance away from Nagoya main railway stations. Complimentary coffee and cleansers are impressive and helpful for your early morning itinerary. Helpful customer service attitude.

The rooms were small but still good for the price. Clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff were friendly. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast. Central area near a subway station. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Fine for a few nights, I'd book something with more space and a proper extra bed for longer. We had a double room with a fold down bed squeezed in. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet, we didn't hear any noise despite being on a busy road. The room was basic and a bit dated (damaged wallpaper had been repaired with Sellotape) but fine for a short stay. The TV had YouTube which was a win for our child!

Modern and clean.

Up to date and clean hotel. Lots of items to use freely or buy near reception area. Rooms are modern and clean. All the usual standards you can expect from a Japanese hotel. Central and close to several stations.

typical Japanese urban hotel. Rooms are compact. We had a room with two double beds, so cozy with two kids. Location was not that bad walking distance to the castle and Nagoya station. it would be better if they had on site parking.

Get a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker!

We originally booked a smoking room because it was the only option available for a family of four. We did not realize how much the rooms actually smelled of smoke in reality. It was pretty unbearable! Thankfully, the hotel manager was able to switch us to a non-smoking room the day of arrival, which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I recommend adding that as your option if you will be staying at this hotel.

Staff very nice. But had majority water leak in bathroom requiring change of room after we unpacked. Desk gave us standard song and dance that they could not offer us a small refund for the inconvenience, as we booked on Hotels.com . I have asked Hotels.com for the refund.
