"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. On top of that the rest of the buffet line items were not up to expectations for a resort - tasted bland and lacked flavor. We also went to the tea room where although the setting, view and service were great, we were served sandwiches with something similar to fake American cheese or Kraft single...

"Slightly dated but spacious rooms on a very beautiful property! Decent buffet breakfast with lots of options. Helpful shuttle service to get around (note that you will need to take the shuttle or walk 15-20 mins to access the main road and/or your car in the parking lot). Beautiful views all around. Would be extra great for families with children!"

"Our room was spacious. The food was very good... wish there was goya Champuru though.
Don't use sugar added orange juice. Offer real freshly squeezed orange juice."

"Great location, close to some great beaches, only downside was the amount of traffic noise. Couldn’t get a good night's sleep. The unit itself was clean and spacious."

So very very nice after being crammed into a tiny Tokyo hotel. Spread out. Make lunch. But dont sleep on the excellent restaurants around town. Scored some great actually valuable souvenirs. Beach is RIGHT OUTSIDE the door. Beach is empty. Bring your own Shibumi and chairs and a cooler( we had nothing, just towels and drinks from convenience...

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. What was most important to his parents was the doorknob sign warning those outside our room of his nap time. Dining at Gusuku (opt in for the breakfast)...

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.
