"We had a wonderful stay at Elevate Ella! The location is perfect, with amazing views that make the stay truly special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The pool is lovely and the perfect spot for some afternoon relaxation while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with something different each day and a great mix of local and Western options. There was plenty of variety, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, the combination of the beautiful views, perfect location, spacious rooms, relaxing pool, varied breakfast, and warm hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ella!"

"Nice hotel but be aware there is an MASSIVE 300 metre hill that is very very steep to get to the entrance. Do not go here if you are old, have bad knees or are not very physically fit. On top of this, there are 8 floors and no lift, so many many stairs. This is the only issue we had, other than that a great place to say and dead central in ella."

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

The villa is truly luxurious, beautifully furnished, and designed to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views that surround it. Every room offers a breathtaking outlook — the kind that photos simply cannot capture. The heated pool overlooking the lush green hills was an absolute highlight, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing evening swim even when the air cooled down. What really made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding team. Nishanthan and Rinoshkanth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at every moment. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made the experience feel incredibly personal — from arranging our excursions to ensuring that even our smallest preferences were remembered. They made us feel at home while delivering 5-star service throughout our stay. The kitchen team — Chef Susantha, Chef Raja, and Kolith — deserve special mention. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, whether we opted for Sri Lankan specialties or Western dishes. We originally booked our stay with breakfast included, but were pleasantly surprised to find a full à la carte menu available daily from 7am to 10pm, with the staff ready to serve lunch and dinner as well. The menu was extensive and very reasonably priced, making it both convenient and tempting to dine in every day. The villa itself exudes luxury — every detail has been thoughtfully curated, "
