「My fiance and I stayed at the Hotel for my birthday. The Hotel provided a free upgrade to us and prepared a birthday cake for me at breakfast! A total surprise! Impressive! There are a range of tours which you may join at the Hotel - and we picked the tea plucking class which we enjoyed very much. The surrounding environment is unbeatable - with leveled tea fields surrounding the Hotel. Would very much like to come back for another stay!」

「Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos. We spent 1 hour just killing insects and sanitising the room before we could unpack. stained bed sheet and hot shower only lasted less than 10 mins and next day still no hot water, electricity supply was on and off at night, the worst was that the hotel manager did not even respond to our messages. 「Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do.
