「Joyful, relax and exceptional place in the center of the town. People at reception thanks to Tesse and her coworker was pleasant and welcoming , menu at Claw Bar and the London Club superbly delicious , service above and beyond accommodating , dream team of the cleaning crew (spotless clean, but invisible) , valet people friendly and entertaining . Whole experience during our stay was just perfect . Thank you , Bellasera , we will be back」

「Excellent value, especially for Naples. We came here for a two nights stay for my birthday and were pleased with staff and the value, for such a great location at such a quality hotel. We arrived late and went looking for food elsewhere only to find out most places were closed at 9 PM. We were thrilled to find the hotel's restaurant & bar were still open. 「We loved our stay here so much! The service was top notch, the grounds were stunning and the rooms were big and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. The only tiny thing that has room for improvement is the complementary breakfast as its fruit, yogurt, granola and bread every day. Other than this minor detail, we’d absolutely stay here again!」
