"Our room did not over look the beach. It was clean and the staff was great."

"We had made a reservation for this property through Expedia based on the 9.2 wonderful rating. When checking in the owner / manager shamed us for booking through Expedia and questioned why we did not call the property directly stating "no disrespect" but you should always contact the property directly. We had booked a deluxe king suite and she said we would give us an "upgrade" and proceeded to place us in the worst room on the property - she never offered any information about the property and our room was never cleaned for our 3 day stay. We had to take our own towels from the housekeeping cart"

"Top notch property. Not right on the beach but they provide chairs and towels and shuttle to three Marco beaches. Walkable to restaurants but also has a full kitchen and grill area. Heated pool was great with cooler weather during our February stay. Great value for the price. Would absolutely stay again."
