酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份

This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel in Naples. I made a last-minute reservation through Expedia and arrived late at night after a long, exhausting day. At check-in, another guest was telling the front desk that her room had cockroaches. The staff responded, “there is nothing I could do, I have no other room,” and told her to leave and contact for a refund. That response alone was shocking and concerning, but given how late it was and the lack of other options nearby, I decided to stay for the night. Once I got to my room, it was clear it had not been properly prepared. There was no soap—I had to go to the front desk twice just to get it. There was no hairdryer, no proper blanket, and even the towels were incomplete (only one small towel when there should have been two). The next morning around 9am, I was woken up by loud banging on my door. A staff member questioned why I was staying in the room and asked what time I checked in. I explained that I arrived late the night before and received the key from the front desk, but it was obvious there was internal confusion on their end. At checkout, when I brought this up again, the front desk denied any issue and claimed everything was correct, contradicting what their own staff had just done. When I asked about standard room setup, they confirmed items were missing, yet also casually said that blankets are “not always provided,” which is unacceptable. We stayed in a room that apparently couldn’t program a key so every time we had to get into our room we had to have the front desk help us. The one time we went for help the girl was on her phone for 20 minutes. I tried calling the hotel cell phone which she denied I did. She eventually rudely walked us to our room after I yelled for help. The next time the guy let us in our room and said we should have asked for a different room the second day so that they didn’t have to keep letting us in our room. The fridge was broken, it was on but the freezer didn’t even chill our drinks, let alone freeze anything.

I made the reservation and the same day I arrived after driving 2 hours I had to leave because the bedroom was all dirty, and we did not have towels, also the did not throw away the trash and the bed sheets were all over they floor, I told front desk and he told me thar they were going to give me my refund the next day I am still waiting that was on Friday 13, I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.

This extended stay hotel was disappointing. The finishes are old, the room had an odd smell and the furnishings were in need of replacement. We also unfortunately had to evacuate the building late that night due to a fire alarm caused by someone’s cooking that resulted in a smoky corridor. Perhaps most alarming (no pun intended) was that when we returned to our fourth floor room, we attempted to open the third floor stair door simly to check no smoke on third and the stair fire door wouldn’t open…the door closer seemed to be jammed shut. A concerning fire code violation. Not a place we owuld stay again.

The room was minimal to say the least. Metal bed frame with uncomfortable mattress. Chair in the room was peeling with multiple scratch marks all over it, assuming someone had a cat in the room at one time as the scratch marks looked to have been made by a cat. It felt like a hostel or rooming house. For this kind of room the price was ridiculous.

Awful from start to beginning. No one was at the front desk. I had to yell for someone. The room was disgusting and smelt so bad. The side doors didn’t work. We left and honestly if you are thinking of staying here you are better off in your car.
