"Generally a good hotel but the AC basically did not work at all in our room during 32+ C and very humid temperatures. It never went below 25 Celsius in our room. They provided two fans but a five star property should offer properly functioning AC in rooms. They offered a bottle of cheap wine and some chocolates but that was really a useless token of appreciation."

"They provided one set of towels for one day, extra charges if asked for another set the same day. Overall great stay with easy parking. Nice to be away from the hectic haeundae area. Across from the department stores so the pouring weather did not affect us from doing things outside the hotel. Good stay. Roomy."

"I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.) Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough. It was very clean The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be"
