Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Haeundae
8/10 Good
"The hotel is quiet and located towards the end of the Haeundae Beach and all the shops and restaurants - which we expected. Best Louis Hamilton is good for a basic hotel with no extras. 7-11 is conveniently located right across the hotel. Quick 5 minute walk to Haeundae Beach and Aquarium. Many dining options within 5 minute walk. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room we booked had 2 each Double Beds…I had booked last minute for our family of 4. The room thankfully was pretty roomy compared to smaller rooms at the Myeong-Dong area hotel we stayed in Seoul. That said, the rooms could use a little more care by housekeeping to wipe down dust on desk light fixtures for example. Given that the room decoration style is dark and overall lighting was dark, it was difficult to see - and it seems perhaps housekeeping is taking less care. Overall, the stay was fine. But we will try staying at another hotel in Busan for our next stay."

"Pool was closed for maintenance when I went. Hotel was very nice. Mama buffet is about 20,000 KWON if you pay in advance and a lovely selection (chocolate fondue for breakfast!). This isn't exclusive to this hotel but do note that there is not AC in the hallways so expect to feel muggy as you walk to the elevator."

"I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.) Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough. It was very clean The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be"
