"Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae. AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up."

I had an amazing room over looking the bridge, the view was intoxicating, also the hotel is close to lots of shops, so location wise it was fantastic. My stay at NewCz Centrum was wonderful I was there for seven days and loved every minute if it. I make mention I am a solo traveller and I always felt supported which is very comforting when you have flown 10 hours 40 minutes away from home."

"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff. We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels. Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too. The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc. We are excited to come back with our kids!"
