It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!」

My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. 「Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 」
