「Located right in the heart of old town Florence just a few steps from all the shops restaurants and museums. Our stay at Donati was perfect. Our suite was beautiful large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful with great recommendations - a big thank you to Leonardo and Phillipo at the front desk for their assistance. 」

「The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.」

「El mejor lugar para quedarse en Florencia, la vista inmejorable, la habitación de 2 camas individuales es pequeña pero muy cómoda y acogedora, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estadia, lo mejor es la ubicación ya que al estar a lado del Duomo te sirve como referencia para conocer el centro de Firenze sin perderte, de destacarse la atención de Luisa, muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte.」

「Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
