Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us. Everyone was very nice and accommodated our arrival/departure schedule. There are no elevators (like in most places) so if you have tons of luggage or have trouble walking - be prepared.
