"Mixed experience. On one side a five star hotel, but the restaurant was closed and available dishes very limited, TV was down several times (not a big issue, but having some music in the room when we were in had been great). We had a 2 double bed room that was just enough spacious for us (2 adults, 1 child) but to small for 4 people. There was definitively not enough space in wardrobes for clothes. The bathroom was also very small, no separation of toilet seat and rest, good enough for 1 person but not for 3 or 4. I also missed sort of a business center to do printing but the Concierge was able to do this for you. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Interior of the hotel and the rooms match the 5 star level. Great location, close to Arc the Triomphe and the whole surrounding. "

"Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast (extra), clean, fashioned, good location, ipad to control room amenities was a plus. Right at the heart of Champs Ellyses. "

"The room was perfect for our 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable, the balcony was lovely, and the location was very convenient. We were able to jump on the metro from the nearby station and get to anywhere we wanted to go. The surrounding area was quiet, but within walking distance to many shops and restaurants! "
