「The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are awesome. There are a free-of charge minibar in the room. There are also a snack bar area for you to take a rest or get some food and drinks from 12 pm to 2 am. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this room to my family or friends and stay in this hotel again if I go to Paris next time.」

「It was great. The bed was so comefortable. Room was big enough with 2 large suitcases opened. Staff were helpful. Thanks for the free upgrade as i had 2 separate bookings with different room category. This saved us from changing the rooms. Just a little comment on the sink drainage - the water drained slowly. I needed to wait every time when i wahsed my face. 」

「Så trevligt och personligt bemötande av personalen. Min dotter och jag bodde i suite Montesquie och uppskattade det verkligen. Trevligt inrett, sköna sängar, stort badrum med både dusch och badkar. Läget på hotellet är lugnt och lite avskilt men väldigt bra centralt läge i 8:e arr, nära Champs Elysee. Ligger en metro på gångavstånd med linje som går direkt till CDG. Vi tog taxi från flygplatsen fredag eftermiddag och det rekommenderar jag inte, det tog 2,5 h istället för 30 min med metron. Hur...

「实际给的跟我们预定的完全不同 说要换房间就丢给你一句没房间了，要么住不要就你自己再找酒店住，还说“这样算是你要退订，我们要收一晚的房费。”我们就说那我们今晚住一晚，把之后的都退了，那个前台说行。到了第二天早上起来去跟前台说退房，他们因为换了班不是我们昨天check in时的那个，又说我们现在提早退房的话要再收一晚的费用，我们解释说我们昨天就跟那个前台讲过要提早退房，那个前台的服务人员还是说也不行就是要我们多付一晚，还说“要么你们就今晚再住一晚要么就把今晚的付了你们现在就可以走”，可是因为房间实在太差了，我们不想好好的出来旅游还要住酒店住的这么憋屈，就跟他们僵持了一会儿说自己今天就要退房，而且昨天那人就是说过我们昨晚住一晚就可以免费退房不收任何费用。他们就一直坚持要我们再多付一晚，我们最后没办法，就跟他们说那把警察叫来，让警察评评理，他们又立马说什么不想跟我们计较这一晚的房费，说那就收我们昨晚一晚的房费，让我们要退就退吧。」
