"The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value ..."

Excellent Service, Hotel Isolated
"Five star service. Excellent hotel, I stayed for 3 nights would definitely stay again. Only downside is there is nothing around the hotel and it's a 15-20 min taxi ride to town at $15 each way so not easy to pop out and the hotel food is expensive."

"The Platinum is close (15 minutes) from the airport and located close to a busy roundabout and local shopping area. The hotel itself needs some redecoration. The rooms, the dining area are a bit dated. I thought the breakfast selection was weird, ( cheese pizzas ) but I guess some people like it. ..."
