Accordingly, I selected this room and made the payment. However, during check in, we were informed that the room selected was only with 1 bed (1 king bed) and there will be charges to add another single bed. 「Nice location, near airport (1 stop to the airport, 10 minuets,0.3 OMR) and both way bus stop(walk in 5 minuets). Nice staff, cash or credit card are ok, baggage storage for free after check out, room is ok with soap, shampoo, universal socket, no towel and teeth brush, WiFi signal is ok, but is slow and block LINE app. 」

「They have a club located at the first floor, we stayed there for 3 nights and the high music volume was so disturbing every night until 3 am, we were at the 7th floor but still could not sleep until the club was closed. It’s not suitable for business travelers and families. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. 」

「Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. 「We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. 」
