"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The tram service to the subway was excellent and the restaurants were amazing. I’d say room service food options were few. But overall, an excellent stay!"

"The hotel is close to Shinjuku station, so you can easily get anywhere. Walking areas. Metropolitan government observatory building is close and free to go. Breakfast is ok with a lot of choices. Rooms are literally a shoe box, but it’s like this in Japan. "

"Great place if you don’t need to be right in the heart of Shibuya. It is in a lovely area and it is close enough for us. The room was great because we got four futons so my kids and I could all fit. Each with our own bed. It was nothing fancy and doesn’t have all the amenities that most Japanese hotels have but the staff were amazing and very helpful. And like I said, it was a really lovely neighborhood. If I was going to live near Shibuya, this would probably be where I would stay. It was a bit under the way for all of the action, but it was quiet so that was good. I would definitely stay there again."

The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."
