We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology. I would classify this apartment as a sub-par highway motel or youth hostel. Warm water shower and 1 flat pillow each. I was not...
