Hotel is niet in beste staat van onderhoud. Mn de receptie. De kamer had geen raam. Maar ja het is een budget hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, but apart from that it wasn’t good. When we arrived it was 34 degrees and when we got into our room there was a machine with air con buttons but it was blowing hot air into the room (unbearable) we went to reception to ask and they informed us there was no air con and no way we could change rooms, we asked for a spare fan and tried to stay through the night as we didn’t have an option. The hotel was a bit dodgy and when walking to our room we spotted somebodies drugs which had dropped out of the bag on the floor. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1 and getting somewhere else. We tried to contact Expedia about this (they were great) but the hotel refused to give us a refund for the one night and wouldn’t cooperate with us or Expedia. It’s a shame as the location is great and some of the receptionists are great but it wasn’t great at all

Bed bugs everywhere, bitten to shreds. The street is too busy until 2am every night to sleep and the windows in our room wouldn’t close. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Disgusting, unclean and a health hazard.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room had no window, dirty sheets, and a lousy mattress. There were foul smells all over. The only good thing is the location. We booked four nights but left after one night because it was that bad.

I stayed at the hotel during the International Rotterdam Film Festival. Location of the hotel is very convenient and at a walking distance to many of the festival venues. The room was comfortable with new and clean toilet and shower facilities. Room was quiet in the nights. Sound and light proof. My only concern is about the central heating system. It cannot be controlled via the pad in the room. It was a bit warm for me in the nights. Maybe better than feeling cold but still:)) I am satisfied with all the rest. Thanks to the staff as well. They are always ready to help with a friendly attitude.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Verhouding prijs kwaliteit is goed. Netheid van de kamer voor ons voldoende. Misschien alleen wel een idee om een douchegordijn op te hangen, te checken of de föhn het wel doet en of de zeepautomaat in de douche gevuld is . Gangen waren echt smoezelig, evenals het klantentoilet in de kelder. Wel prima centraal gelegen.

De mensen achter de receptie zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Het hotel is gedateerd en is aan vernieuwing toe. Het bed sliep heerlijk. De douche had een goede straal. Wij hebben er alleen geslapen. Er is geen ontbijt beschikbaar. Maar in de buurt kun je heerlijk ontbijten. Het is midden in het uitgaansgebied. Verder geen faciliteiten in het hotel. Als je alleen hoeft te slapen is dit een pri.a hotel.

The room was not clean at all the ground was dirty like no one has vacuumed the ground. The hotel itself also not clean the reception was also dirty. The room was freezing cold! I asked the staff why it’s like this they answered we has a central heating system to all room and you couldn’t control the room temperature! Very very bad
