The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage. If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before. I didn’t find a broom or vacuum」

「We woke up covered in bed bug bites. The listing does say there is not an elevator, which is accurate. Our room was on the third floor, with narrow spiral staircases difficult to navigate with suitcases. While it is true to the original building, it is not easy for a traveler. There is no AC, and the fan did not move much air. The bed was not super comfortable. But the biggest issue was the bed bug bites. Between two people, we left with over 100 bites. 「Good experience: Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. A bar/restaurant downstairs at the corner serves good food and drinks, good vibe. Apartment is spacious, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories....etc. Bathroom fittings and appliances require fixing and maintenance though. Bad experience: Very poor check-in communication - meaning, no check-in help....
