「Rooms and the bathrooms were extremely small. The booking did not mention that the original room was on 4th floor without elevator access and the stairs were too small to comfortably lift luggages or for active children. The staff were very helpful though. They changed our bookings to 1st floor with elevator access. Rooms and bathrooms were however extremely small and it was hard to move around with luggages.」

「Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". 」

「The suite we had, included a combo mini washer/dryer (just googled how to use it), along with small dishwasher. They provide basic utensils, dishwashing tabs, detergent tabs. In the basement there is also luggage storage, separated washer, dryers (free). You can also help yourself to free toilet paper, dish soap, tea, sponge etc in the basement. 5th floor there is a small café that is connected to an outdoor pool, same floor there is a yoga studio for a fee. 「這次入住荷蘭的每間飯店 浴室的落水口都塞住、每張床都好軟 、睡不太習慣、清潔也不是很乾淨、但櫃檯人員人很好、我們11點多到飯店就讓我們提早入住、飯店在車站對面、走路4分鐘就到中央車站、床真的太軟、建議不好睡的人 可以選擇兩張床的房型、附近超市、餐廳都很近」
