Very helpful staff. Room was ready at 10 am so they let us check in early! That was really nice after a red eye. Hallway carpets are dirty but the rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable
Very clean hotel ideally located close to City Centre with many amenities close by. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked breakfast and found this to be very good with a wide variety to choose from.
Highly recommended.
Great location. I recommend getting the superior room with the canal room. But make sure you don’t get the 4th floor as it has “half windows”. We got a room in the second floor and it was big, clean, very comfortable bed! The staff is super helpful. I really recommend it!
Great walking distance to everything you need to see in Amsterdam. A/C in the room, complimentary champagne downstairs and water. Water bottle filling station, not loud, kid friendly. Great communication
Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. The hotel is close to the tram stop at Rembrandtplein and within walking distance of many restaurants and lovely neighborhoods. (The frosted glass bathroom door in our room was a bit surprising, but we got used to it!)
I chose this hotel for its location and price and it turned out PERFECT. I had a concert to go to and wanted to be close to the M54 metro line that went straight up to the Cruijff arena with no metro line changes. This worked perfect! And also it’s close walking distance to the city center. The nightlife at the Rembrandt square that had tons of nightlife and restaurants. / and the hotel was great on its own.

Very unique place. The location and view were perfect. The 4 flights of stairs were brutal. They have a plumbing issue going on and there was a very bad smell coming from the drains. We covered the drains with towels to dampen the stench. My wife and I had the main bedroom and daughter had the loft bedroom which was nice. A 5 minute walk to Rembrandt square were all the restaurants and bars are located and tram stop.

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from everything. It was hard to get cleaning services, the check in process was a little difficult. The shower soap was 5 in 1, the toilet paper was paper towels, the mattress had a mattress topper that kept sliding off, no fridge, no microwave anywhere in the hotel room or in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here more than 2-3 days.

best I can say about this hotel is convenient. location is excellent, services are correct, but price is not aligned to the room provided.
Air con was too noisy to keep on at night so the room got very hot. Even with it on it would only let us put it down to 19. Hair drier kept cutting out after a minute of use and we had to to wait 5 mins for it to start up again. Room small and dark - windows were to an internal hallway and lighting was minimal. No milk for tea in room. Asked downstairs and was given creamer instead.
However, location good for the sites - central instead of being too far south or north. Breakfast choice was very good. Staff very friendly. Check in computers straight forward and staff happy to store bags for the day on departure.

Beds were comfortable.
Apartments were in the attic of a building 4 floors from ground level.
Poor lighting in apt at night
Carpets were worn out, including the winding narrow stairs
Toilets flushed ok, but still experienced a foul odor in apt.
Once up and down stairs, along with suitcases lasting for 3 weeks, the Best thing was the VIEW out over the canal.
We had a resident mouse that showed up daily.
We survived and experienced Amsterdam for 4 days and didn’t get sick!
The location was fantastic-close to Rembrandtplein with all its bars and restaurants and easy walking all over central Amsterdam.
Room was bigger than expected and bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious with good water pressure. Only small niggle was no way to turn on the fan and little evidence fan was coming on automatically, so very steamy after showers.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of traditional options as well as breakfast staples.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good facilities. Great location, easy to access the city.
Numerous staff members were very helpful. The room was large and the bed incredibly comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the street, so street noise was a bit of an annoyance. Returning we'd definitely choose the Leonardo Eden and request a higher floor.
We enjoyed the location and the beautiful view over the canal. The room, though worn, was well laid out, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Wifi was poor. We opted not to have breakfast.
