衝著廚房選擇這間，有一般煮食用具，足阿簡單煮食。 房間乾淨，步行一分鐘有14號有軌車去中央車站。步行十分鐘有大超市，20 分鐘可步行到市內景點 博物館。 唯一不習慣是沒有手拿的花灑， 只有固定淋雨式的。

Accessible location with two tram lines nearby. A few minor missing amenities (washcloth, bright lighting in bathroom) but overall a nice room and comfortable bed.

Location was lovely, quiet part of Amsterdam if you don't mind a little walk to the main districts. The check in process was fine, but not well communicated and we had some worries if we would get in or not up to 1 hour before check in. We did not have the advertised bed arrangements and there was no TP when we arrived, but the host was readily available to stock this for our stay.

Once upon a time this may have been a 4 star hotel. However poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail during cleaning significantly detract from the experience. A nicely designed room in a great location, very easy check in process and simple to use digital keys. However, chipped paint, broken lights and door handles, and a generally grotty feel. Not worth the price, would not stay here again.

Good location, plenty of eateries and bars near by, and shops & markets, could do with a spruce up, the decor was a little tired. No hand held shower and no lights in the shower room mirror.

The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved.

Pros: the location was convenient for the train station and walkable into the city centre. Cons: - The property was EXTREMELY run down, with scuffs on walls and furniture. The chairs in the kitchen area had their leather peeling away. - It was unclean, with cobwebs and hair. My towel was stained with what looked like blood (?!). There were flies. - The air conditioning downstairs did not work. - Multiple lights flickered at random intervals. - I didn't receive any response to my email to Reception - not even an acknowledgement. But of course they send an automated email after check out asking me to leave a positive review through Google. Overall this property was not 4-star accommodation and I was very disappointed to have paid so much to stay here. Please don't do what I did and just look at the average star rating - the other recent reviews speak for themselves.

Room was nice but couldn’t get the air to work. One of the bedside lights was broken off from the wall and door handle to the room was loose and hard to operate. The room was super quiet and the location was good.

The study was comfortable and location was good we walked to all of the activitieswe had planned. The only issue was that we could not find the settings for the air conditioning and with the sun coming, it was quite hot to sleep. A pleasant surprise, the description was saying there was no elevator, but there ws one, very useful as we were on the 3rd floor.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Look at all the reviews of people who couldn't get into the property. No one is there to help out if you get stuck. We were there with other couples who also didn't get in, and there was one couple stuck outside with all of their belongings inside as the hotel checked them out early for no reason. Absolute shambles, never experienced anything like it. DO NOT STAY HERE
