「This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast....

「This is a new family-owned property and they are really kind and wonderful people. Very well situated, nice restaurants right across the main street (the location is slightly down a quaint alley past a small temple), and you can walk to Dasaswamadh Ghat in 5 minutes. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the property is that all rooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the check-in desk so it can get a little bit noisy at times. Simple rooms, very clean, excellent climate control. And...
