"Clean and well maintain room. Value for money. Good location. I stayed in a Tatami room. Mattress is on a raised platform. May not be suitable for those with knee problem. A basic room with no wardrobe, No hook to hang your towel or clothes during shower. No fridge in room. No toothbrush provided, pay RM4 if you need one."
"Just keep in mind about your guest when they check in and when they ask for a room extended time to honor it till the guest leave the room. Another thing is to not disturb a guest till it’s time to check out. Be mindful.
Other then that everything else was wonderful.
The restaurant has a lot of variety and has reasonable pricing.
Room are excellently bright and fresh with a balcony view. I am delighted and hope it will always be like this.

"Room was clean and neat. Staff attended to minor trouble shooting promptly. Unfortunately there was sewage stench from the toilet and probably a damage pipe from construction works on hotel extension."
