"The room smelled terrible and was very unclean. The door did not have a safe lock! Everything seemed rather run down and the place did not feel safe. Upon seeing the room, I chose to cancel my reservation, which cost an $80 cancellation fee... but later my credit card was charged a no-show fee of the full amount of the 4 nights that I was supposed to stay, which I now have to try to get returned."
"Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland. "

"Check in was quick and easy and the employees were friendly. Matt went above and beyond to retrieve some things for us that we had left in the room and was really kind and patient with me when I called to ask him to look for them in our rooms! Thanks for that and for a great stay!"
