「This is a lovely inn close to many activities and attractions. The room was quaint and the sitting room with fireplace and TV was a great hangout in the evening for a game of cards and a baseball game. There is a hot tub and fire pit on the premises-I did not personally use those amenities… but saw many people who did. The breakfast was delicious and we met Anthony the owner who shared some wonderful history with us regarding the Inn and the surrounding area. Beautiful place to leaf peep」

「Lovely family run inn with a great location for touring. Breakfast was super.」

「Great location and breakfast the beds could be more comfortable, but still manageable.」

「Very quaint and unique place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Good home cooked breakfast!!」

「The innkeepers were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, but the building has rather squeaky floors beneath the carpeting. As I result, I could hear every squeaky footstep of the people in the room on the floor above me. The motel is located between towns, so you have to drive a several miles to a restaurant. The inn, however, is close to beautiful scenery.」

「Overall maintenance was far below par, but had little effect on my stay. Staff interaction was confined to a perfunctory introduction, and failed to point out the thermostat (partially hidden by the door lock); first night was very cold. Generally old without being charming. C-/D+」

「Wonderful, family-owned historic property that exudes charm. We came for a hiking holiday and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Donna Marie is an excellent host; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. We will be back!」
