"Beautiful location, clean, friendly staff, never had to get the car until the day we left. "

"We have stayed at the Inn at Lost Creek many times and it is our first choice for a ski vacation. It is the staff that sets the Inn apart. Every member of the team was attentive to our every need. Whether carting our skis to and from the car, assisting us with medical care when we had a case of AMS or helping us with our 120 lb dog who wanted to say hello to everyone. We love being able to ski right from the front door to several lifts. There is only one downside to the Inn and that is the condition of some of the fixtures. The carpet is warn and needs to be replaced and some of the furniture is far too big for the space and not always functional for sports like skiing that have lots of clothes. However this is a minor quibble for an overall excellent stay."

"Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village main center, so we rented skis everyday so we didn’t have to pay for a locker or carry them back besides renting them for the week. Also, shuttle stops at night sometime so one night I got back before midnight after dinner and drinks from Telluride but had to talk from gonadla back down icy road in 5 degree weather, so plan better on timing. I really enjoyed it but will pick another place to try in the center area of mountain village next time. But maybe go back this if that doesn’t workout. I did like the roomy cabin feel, and not the hotel feel, so depends. After skiing and hiking, I really wanted a bath, a hot tub, or massage each day, which I couldn’t have any, bc bathroom was renovated and standing showers only. Really no need in going to main building either. The restaurant is overpriced and not great but does have a bar and live music some times, but not options of food items to pick up or anything else to do besides very small gym area. The market right up is very nice though."

"The staff was great. The location is perfect for visiting Telluride, a free gondola ride down to town. "
