"The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the after-hours check-in was not smooth since the key they left for the main complex did not work and neither did the garage key to open the gate to the private parking area. A call to the after hours number helped me open the main complex with a code and they contacted the property manager to come back with a working key in the lockbox that evening (the manager did not follow up on this).
