"We truly enjoyed our stay in Vegas and specifically at the MGM I wanna highlight the staff who did an excellent job and taking care of us from the moment we walked in to the checkout process. We were just treated with so much respect, calmness care, especially being that this is a holiday weekend and it was madness from people checking in and checking out, but they didn’t change the way that any of the customers were treated from what I noticed I specifically wanna highlight our house cleaner. I can’t remember her name, but she was on the 14th floor and she was just so very helpful attentive and I really appreciated her energy and patience with us checking out.
I also want to acknowledge the front desk, staff Sani and the manager who went over our bill in the end due to some slight confusion, but she helped us checked in and was amazing and she helped us check out and was also amazing. My children loved the lazy river and so did we and we can’t wait to come back."
