"It was good until we got to the room it is dated and the rooms or old and look nothing like the Pic it was only sheets on the bed . Bathroom had a issue with drain stopper not connected. The sink top had like some black paint or stain on the counter top. Chair had holes in cushion. Room #1570"

"It was good, but there were two pools: one family pool with shade and one adults-only pool. Unfortunately, the adults-only pool had no shade. There were maybe 10 lounge chairs available, and for the rest, you had to pay for a shaded cabana, which cost around $250 US for the day, or a covered daybed for $70 US for half a day. And in the afternoon, the roof didn’t even provide enough shade to protect you from the sun. 😡"
