"My stay at Mandalay Bay had a few challenges, overall a good experience. Trip started with a 2-hour flight delay, and I was unable to reach the hotel by phone to let them know I would be arriving close to the midnight check-in deadline. When I finally arrived, the check-in line was extremely long, and the self-service kiosk didn't process my card correctly. Fortunately, I reached the front desk, the representative was friendly, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. Checked in within about 15 minutes. The room clean and comfortable, carpeting was a little dated, but for the price point, it met my expectations. Since I arrived around 1:00A, I was disappointed that none of the restaurants were open, even though it's a casino resort. The convenience store was open, which was helpful, although a bottle of water, cranberry juice, and a bag of chips came to $23. It's Vegas, so I expected to pay a premium. I requested a small refrigerator due to the one in the room is reserved for minibar items. They delivered a tabletop which was perfectly fine. It was large enough for a few bottles of water or about six cans of soda. The pool area is beautiful, very well maintained, and one of the highlights of the property. Every staff member I interacted with in person was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only consistent issue was reaching someone by phone wait times were long, but the but the hotel was incredibly busy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & I would definitely stay here again"

"I spent two nights, They placed new towels and fixed your bed. I didn’t like the toilet water pump noise, the wallpaper by the headboard pilled off. No fridge/microwave in the room. There wasn’t a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Overall, the room rate is reasonable for both Friday and Saturday nights. I didn’t like when the Expedia charges the package rate and then you still have to pay amenities fees up front when you check in."

"The venue is agreeable, but the lengthy trek to Silver elevators is a drawback. Seating near the pool area is limited, and it's unfortunate that complimentary water isn't offered in rooms or the lobby. Despite applying for an upgrade and being shown options at check-in, the room I received didn't match my request. The front desk representative I contacted seemed uninformed about services and wrongly implied that a resort fee was part of my payment."

"Positives: The price is great if you're wanting a place to sleep. The location is ideal if you're wanting to be on that side of the Strip and if you are wanting a budget friendly place to stay within walking distance of the Sphere this is a great option. All the staff seemed friendly and nice. Although we didn't have a car the free parking seems to be a decent perk. Negatives: The two bath towels that were in our bathroom when we arrived were stained which was gross. All the towels we received after that were fresh and clean. We paid extra for a Strip view and continental breakfast at "The Coffee Shop". While I understand this isn't easy to keep clean, but our window was so dirty that it was hard to see out off and enjoy the view. The breakfast is NOT worth it. You get one hardboiled egg, some fruit, and bunch of carbs (danish, croissant, and muffin). The fruit and egg tasted great, but the other stuff tasted dry and like they were starting to get other flavors on them. The servers were very sweet though so I can't say anything negative about the service."
