「There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to call the number listed at the front desk and wait. The gentleman was very nice and wrote our room number, our door code (keyless entry - number lock on each room) and the Wi-Fi password on a small piece of torn notebook paper. While it was nice not having to worry about losing a room key, it was a little strange to have this very informal slip of paper.
