「I enjoyed my stay in New Harmony. The town is quiet and quaint, and a nice place to relax. The staff at the New Harmony Inn was friendly and helpful. My room and the hotel building itself where I stayed were a little old and a little bit in disrepair. But it was also clean and quiet. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant experience.」

「I booked an accessible room online, due to being in a wheelchair. I have a service dog and was required to put a refundable deposit for bringing him, and since he is not a pet, I believe that is illegal, firstly. I got back the deposit, but they put me in a nonaccessible room because of my service dog. I was unable to use the restroom in the room and was required to use the lobby restroom. They gave me no reason for changing the room until after I checked out, which was that the handicap...

「Rooms are old and need serious repairs. Only plus is that it’s a place to sleep at the Casino, However the cost is wildly inflated vs what the age and amenities on the property. Also, even if you book and prepay thru Expedia , be prepared for an extra $25 hotel fee and $50 security deposit. The parking garage smells like pee and it’s a strong smell!」

「Clean and bright hotel in the commercial area which makes eating very easy,we stayed with our 4yr old boy,we could even drove 3mins to once upon a child to buy him toys after dinner time!definitely recommend!」
