"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! I loved the giant duck that greeted you upon arrival at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The restaurant next door was really good and had a great selection for food and drinks. Mayfair Mall was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel or there is a small plaza across the street that has a DSW and Home Sense. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice hotel great location only one draw back we were going to have breakfast in the restaurant we were not greeted in a friendly manner by the hostess. Do you have a reservation she asked and I replied did we need to book. She demanded we sit 2 x while she checked. A table was ready right away and came to get us all she said was follow me in a demanding manner. We decided to walk out not happy all other staff members were friendly regarding reception."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were a blast. We used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna every day, and we took advantage of the games down in Grandma's Basement. The restaurant, Ruby's, was excellent. We went there for breakfast and the food was delicious and plentiful."
