「I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub.」

「The staff was nice and helpful」

「The properties clean and safe. Staff were friendly. The Jamaican and Seafood rest were excellent.」

「The food is excellent. The rooms are too cold and when you turn off the air conditioner condensation collects on walls and floor which limited you from opening windows and patio doors but the clean up was very fast.」

「lovely local vibe - nice music perfect stop before heading to the airport! Plus Jamaican owned. Short walk for vibes and a local beach / swim.」

「Pay your employees a living wage. There needs to be a microwave in the room. Get centennial for the outdoor restaurant to get rid of bugs. The food was good and cooked with good favor. The restaurant was very clean. Since it is an outdoor venue centennial needs to be around the perimeter. There was a very nice ocean view and breeze. It's a very nice place the food and drinks are a little costly eventhough it was good.」

「The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes. Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning. The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused. Mould infestation all around. The facility should be closed and removed from the listing. The property as a whole ...

「Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. Nobody brings you to your room, you have to go and find it for yourself. I had to argue and complain for someone to show me my room. Place is under...

「You get what you pay for it’s not a five star it’s not an all-inclusive the staff was very nice and very customer service」

「Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed. The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the...

「All was good」

「Needed an impromptu quiet night and was grateful to find the blue room at a moment's notice. The room was beautiful and I needed the quietness. Muhammad was amazing, even took me to the grocery store. I will be back soon that's for sure.」
