「I don’t often stay at a Travelodge but wanted to stay right in Atlanta, IL, and this was the best option. The hotel was great! Clean, fresh paint and new carpeting, an excellent experience for a 2 star hotel!」

「Bathroom paint & trim we not done with quality. The toilet ran all the time because the tank flappper didn’t seal. We told the maintenance man in our way out. The building is definitely older, and looks like it has gone through some updating. It was ok, but because the value vs what we paid was very good, there. Is no sense bashing the place. Would I stay again. I probably would 」

「Maintenance had to come to fix TV, no cold water in two rooms. Restaurant was closed and the sign said open. Told front desk, they just said sorry.」

「The entire staff was friendly and checked on us when we'd go in or out. Rooms were clean as well as the rest of the property. If I have to give constructive feedback, I'd say the breakfast could have been better.」

「Sadly, my wife made the discovery that the sheets in our bed were dirty sheets that even included blood spots on them. I’m not talking stained sheets, they literally were soiled with fresh blood spots. The guy at the front desk did change rooms for us but both rooms had a very musty smell. 」

「We checked in. And within the hour checked out. It smelled like cat urine, mildew and smoke. Stairwells looked like it belonged in an inner city housing project complex. Notice on the desk stated locals that were staying required a 100$ deposit, makes you wonder if they offer by the hour rates. The staff made everyone in the entire party of 4 uncomfortable and unsafe. 」

「I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy」

「Pool was not operating, the only reason we chose that hotel. Would have been nice to know before booking. Beds were comfy. Basic continental breakfast. Hotel/ Room had a musty smell. Quiet location」

「The room was nice and the food was amazing, breakfast was great as well. My only issue was I had booked a handicapped accessible bathroom and did not get one. They were not able to change up my room as they gave it to another person in our group that was not needing that type of room. 」
