The front desk attendant was excellent and most helpful. My TV wouldn't work. She sent up a man who knew exactly what he was doing. He was great. However the TV had not been set up, the software had to be installed/reinstalled then he had to come back to reset the remote. Although he worked non stop it took nearly an hour to get it to work and even then it was wonkey and I and to twist and aim and contort my arm and shoulder to connect to where the remote communicated with the tv. The all took much more than an hour. The TV should have been set up and working without issue before renting the room out. After travelling all day and having to get up early in the AM, it made my trip unbearable.

The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night.

The bed frames are so squeaky!! Every move results in it squeaking. The wall air conditioning doesn't stop running, its so loud!! The 18in tv’s are too small. The tv is froze more than it plays… so I guess it's ok they are small since you can't watch it anyways. The internet sucks. It made it really hard to do my work with it. When we booked the room, it said there was a couch. There wasn't. Only place to sit was the desk chair or the bed. Didn't eat the breakfast, but it smelled good!

They allow drunk construction workers to drink all night in the parking lot. My wife got sexually harassed in the lot. When she raised a fuss they kicked us out.

Clerk did not inform us that you needed to use a power switch at the front door to use the TV and we couldn't use the phone system it wouldn't call to the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk to take care of issue. The toilet seat also was broken it wasn't attached on one side and the seat was too big for the toilet
