"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but related to the location and noise. There is a gas station directly across from the hotel where the local bikers and college kids hang out and blast music all night. I heard police sirens a couple of time through out the night which would temporarily quiet them. Impossible to get any sleep as the noise was o loud. That was Friday nigh and my room window faced in the direction of the gas station. Saturday I asked the front desk to move me to room facing on the opposite side of the hotel in hopes that it would be less noisy and it was slightly better, but still very noisy. A shame because the hotel itself is well allocated and the staff really does a great job. "

"The first night A/C did not work, room temp was 76 in that room - I was moved to another room where the bathroom ceiling leak over night. It was fixed while I was out. Customer rep in front desks were nice and worked things out. Maintenance tech was effective and responsible. The hotel is aging - that’s undertandable. However they can do better is making sure rooms are ready for stay. The breakfast is the best part. The cooks doing omelets are gracious, friendly, and eggs are well cooked. the ladies in the service around breakfast area are very efficient and friendly. "
