「The hotel over all waw ok, There were a few things that I thought was really bad. The room cost us $200 a night, and you would think for that cost, they could afford to have ice for customers. Every ice machine in the hotel had a out of order sign on them. If you needed ice you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they would give you a little bag of ice just big enough to fit in the palm of your hand, what a joke!! Then when we get up to the room, which was nice, the bedspread had...

「The staff. 3 of the days I stayed, there was a woman who came out toward the end of breakfast and said thank you to everyone who stayed. Told travelers to have a safe trip, and told people staying she hoped they had an amazing day. It was very personal. I don't know if she was not there for the other days, I missed it because of being at breakfast at a different time or what.」
