Room was very good. Buffet breakfast was very good. Free underground parking. My only disappointment was that I booked anticipating use of the outside spa tub but it was closed for some reason (there is a room spa tub, but too confined for me)."

Only negatives were poor sound proofing between rooms and checkin difficulties . There is no on-site management and several arriving guests received no text or email instructions . A sign with the managers pho e number would be helpful . In spite of this I would stay there again ."
