"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. "This is the absolute biggest scam going. This place charged us the moment we booked, even though we selected pay when you arrive. They had us fill out tons of paperwork and then when we arrived, we found a total dump of a “condo” if you can even call it that. The place was filthy, beds were unmade and stains all over comforters, hair in sinks, dirt all over floors. The smell was offensive.
