Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

No flexibility in hours.

They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal

We constantly were getting notifications to check out was at 10am when the contract states 11pm. We had a lady knocking out the door that she was the cleaning lady but she looked like a regular person with leggings and a workout shirt. The card key to let us in to the facility had to be programmed 3 times at the front office.
