「The green side view from the balcony was great, it was the best thing. I loved the apartment, except the smell on the 1 st floor corridor and in the toilet. I used Domestos in the toilet to get rid of the smell, it did not help. I also found some hairballs in the storage cupboard and on the balcony. We were told not to change the temperature of the aircon, only turn it on or off, it was freezing at night in the big room. We also had to buy supply of toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwasher soap...

The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay.
