"Stayed in Room 219, solo trip - the room was small but beautiful, obviously recently renovated & spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed & silent all night, never heard a thing from the hallway or traffic outside. Blackout curtains were truly blackout. Bathroom was tiny but sufficient, BEST SHOWERHEAD EVER!! Staff were friendly & helpful. Only complaint came with in-room breakfast options - the room service menu & QR code menus were identical, but the breakfast card (check off what you want & hang on door night before) had different items and prices - i.e. a small pot of coffee was $5 on the menu & QR code but $9 on the door hanger (plus $2 service charge and 18% tip added). I opted to wait until I checked out to get my coffee. There is talk about this building being haunted, and I can say I never felt uncomfortable in my room or walking through the halls, even late at night when no one was around. However, as I turned off the shower in the morning, I distinctly heard what sounded like cutlery banging together in my room (no ventilation in the bathroom so I’d left the door open). Afraid someone else’s room service was being delivered to me, I quickly wrapped a towel around myself & stuck my head into the room - empty - but the metal hangers in the closet (door was open) were swinging. There’d been not even the slightest vibration to cause this, so makes you wonder! All in all, fantastic stay & id have no reservations about booking here again."

"The bed linen was nasty with hair including short curly ones, crumbs, other debris I couldn’t identify and stains. We were told there is no housekeeping available and no linen to change the bed when I offered to change the bed linen myself. The restroom on the 1st floor was very nasty and the handle was broke so it could not be locked if you used it."

"Property is clean, friendly staff, free breakfast is available, if you prefer more options, the hotel is right next to an IHOP, the place is bigger than it seems, will definitely come back, situated in a quiet area, close to Tobyhanna State Park for outdoor enthusiasts "

"Everything was nice. It was very clean and they even did a cute towel set up for my daughter’s birthday last minute before we arrived. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious. They are doing some renovations and it looks very nice. Would definitely stay here again."
