"My room was spacious and had a nice view of the Chicago skyline and the lake. Loved the fridge & microwave in it. Wasn't happy about the parking charge; however, the location was great with restaurants close. The bathroom sink did not drain well. I will definitely stay here next time I visit my brother in Evanston. I'd like to request the same room!"

"There are renovations next to hotel in demolishing old LaQuinta. It will be easier to get there once construction is complete. Big improvement from older facility next door."

"This is a great place to stay at the airport. The rooms were clean and quiet, despite being at the airport. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating- and the onsite restaurant is decent as well. I will stay here again."

"Breakfast is ok..bar is bit expensive..room was clean and bit noisy in the morning from highway traffic.. I stayed here few times before .its close to Ohare and in my case close to.my appointments. "

"The hot tub did not work and the pool was disgusting (stairs were all slippery as if covered by algae). Breakfast was excellent, although they ran out of coffee and it took a very long time for them to replace. In the room the air conditioning did not work and even though the thermostat said 67 the room was very hot. Also, the faucet in the shower was backwards (hot was cold, cold was hot) and very loose. The night staff was nice, but he told us that we could use the backdoor to get back into the hotel after putting the parking pass on my truck but it did not work with the key and we had to walk back around the entire hotel. The receptionist in the morning, despite hearing that we were going to the hot tub, and getting bracelets for it, decided to let us find out on our own that it was not working. Had we known, my fiance wouldn't have specifically gone out at that moment to get a bathing suit. Instead we found out when I went to try the hot tub. When I reported that it did not work she said, "Oh, I know, they are working on it" . This was extremely frustrating. This looks as if it could be a gorgeous hotel, but stuff like that, especially since the hot tub was one of the reasons I booked that location, really brings down the overall quality of the location. "
