「The Inn is very charming and is on the national register of historic places. They had a restaurant open nightly with live music Friday evening, which made the experience special! The front desk staff were very friendly and the coffee and tea station with real half-and-half or whole milk was a nice touch!」

Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples...

「When reserving this significantly priced location, we were seeking a room that had a kitchenette in reality. The kitchenette that exist in these facilities is not sufficient for the type of traveler who wishes to make meals of any sort within the premise there is no venting for additional moisture caused by boiling water or smells caused from cooking something with onions for example, there were no sharp knives no capability of cutting some sort of vegetable or fruit the setting is beautiful....

「I was in Stowe last weekend and broke my shoulder so the next day I stopped by the Grey Fox inn to ask the if they could please cancel my reservation because of my accident. I was aware I had made the reservation through Expedia and was also aware that the cancelation date was over due. I explained the situation to the front desk girls (2) and both said I had to contact Expedia. I did, Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel said no...I'm sure they double sold my room since they know I was not...

「We enjoyed our stay at the inn especially coming to a hot tub after a whole day on the slopes. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was always fresh. Our room was nice and clean with a wonderful view to the mountain. We were on the lower floor so we could hear a lot of noise from the guests upstairs which was the only downside. 」

「Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. 」
