「Very Good」

「Excellent staff, very cozy restaurant and lobby area. Very close to the lake and church street market.」

「Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again.」

「非常好的酒店，店内设施很新，有厨房可以做饭，早餐也不错。」

「Beautiful stay, highly recommend!」

「适合度假旅游」

「Wonderful location and staff easy to everything in Springfield, IL.」

「Super Lage」

「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

「Close to airport」

「We had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!」

「We had to go down to the front desk to get a hairdryer for a room because they are not in all the rooms we had to go down to the front desk to get another set of towels because they were not in our room. It smelled like old stale cigarettes everywhere, even though no smoking aloud the front desk was not helpful and the rooms were not clean」

「room is clean, staff are nice, parking is good, only problem is noise. I can hear the street noise and the sounds the neighbours make.」

「Older, but clean and safe and well located.」
